PH Apt. Available for Temp Rent

Hey all,

I've moved for work and am considering renting my PH unit temporarily while I figure out what to do with it. One bedroom with a bath and a half, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and full terrace with furniture outside. 900 square feet inside (open layout) and 350 outside. The unit will be painted prior to renting. Parking spot will be negotiated outside of the unit rental.

I'm not posting price on this forum, but it will be in line with the rental comps I've received from realtors. If you know anyone who is looking for a short term rental over the summer/fall months, please let me know. My personal email is lpholden@gmail.com.
